Meatball Subs and Whipped Cream Hot Chocolate!

Hi guys!  Hope you're having a wonderful Wednesday.  It's been a quiet one here.  I ran out and picked up a couple Christmas gifts (almost done, yay!) and cooked some lunch. It was scrumptious and thought I'd share it with you!

We also had a serving of 'Apricot Salad' for dessert. A very OLD recipe, but so yummy. If you like cream cheesy/cool whippy desserts, you'd love this.  (Served on my OLD plates given to me by my grandmother. Corelle is my FAVORITE, and this pattern reminds me so much of my childhood. She gave me the entire set - toothpick holder, sugar bowl, creamer, etc.  LOVE them. )

I also used Kandee Johnson's recipe for homemade whipped cream hot chocolates. Turned out so delicious!
