A Week's Worth Of Outfits | What I Wear To Work

Hey guys!  I thought I'd share another Week's Worth of Outfits with you today!  Make sure to check out my previous posts if you enjoy these.  I love getting ideas and inspiration for different outfits by seeing what other people are wearing!

Dress:  Meijer
Kimono:  Forever 21
Bangles:  Bourbon & Bowties
Sandals:  Sam Edelman
Yellow Sapphire ring:  QVC

This has to be one of the most comfortable outfits I've ever worn.  The dress is so soft you can barely feel it.  Paired with the dramatic kimono it was totally work appropriate and even kind of dressy.

Dress:  Amazon
Sandals:  Ashley Stewart
Yellow Sapphire ring:  QVC
Watch:  Citizen Eco-drive

I'm totally spoiled with the two day shipping with Amazon Prime.  It makes ordering new things way too tempting!  This one-piece dress looks like you are actually wearing a top with a skirt.  Love.

Cardigan:  JCrew
Skirt:  Older from a boutique in my hometown
Bow flats:  Libby.Edelman

I received so many compliments on this outfit!  I absolutely love black and white paired with yellow!  So fun!

Cardigan:  Target
Shell:  Walmart
Pants:  Old Navy
Sandals:  Tuscany brand (from Nordstrom)
Birthstone ring:  QVC

I wear a TON of blue, including quite a bit of navy.  This outfit was crazy comfortable but also looked nice for work.  Absolutely perfect!

Blouse:  JCrew
Skirt:  JCrew
Sandals:  Sam Edelman

JCrew is the most popular brand of clothes you will find in my closet.  I absolutely adore JCrew!  This outfit was so comfy, light and loose.  And I love the red shirt paired with a red lip!

Dress:  Eloquii
Sandals:  JCrew
Bangles:  Forever 21
Watch:  Citizen Eco-drive
Yellow Sapphire ring:  QVC

Eloquii is a plus size clothing store with absolutely AMAZING clothes.  The only downside to losing weight is that their clothes only go down to a 14, although some styles are offered in a 12 as well.  The last bit of clothing I have purchased has been a 12, but this dress is in a 14 and fits fabulously.  The scuba knit fabric keeps it kinda clingy in the right areas, and I can definitely appreciate the extra fabric in the body of the dress!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!  Have a great rest of your week!
Be blessed.

A Week's Worth Of Outfits | What I Wear To Work

Hey guys!  Happy Monday!
I thought I'd share yet another week of outfits that I have worn to work over the past week or so.  I have a few new pieces that I found on Amazon that I absolutely love, and since today is Amazon Prime day I figured you'd maybe want to check some of them out!

Dress:  Amazon
Sandals:  Sam Edelman
Bangles:  various
Ring:  QVC
Watch:  Citizen Eco-Drive

I love anything bright blue and I love anything with a big bow, so this was a total no-brainer.  The dress comes with two ties, but when I tied them in a bow it wasn't as big as I would want.  Soooooo, I actually bought two of the same dresses and cut the ties off of one to make a bow.  I hand stitched it on and used the ties that came on the dress as the tails of the bow.  Worked perfectly!  This dress was from Amazon and was only around $25/dress.

Everyone in the office agreed that this totally looked like something a senator's wife would wear, or even better, the FLOTUS!!!

LOVE!

Dress:  Amazon
Flag pin:  a gift from my friend!

One of my friends is in the Army and he bought me some pins to wear with my fancy bow dresses.  I definitely felt like a senator's wife in this!  Another dress from Amazon, less than $30.  Love, love, love.

Twinning with my girl, Angi!

The flowy skirt felt so feminine!  The perfect skirt to "twirl" in!!!

Catch Me On YouTube!

Hey guys!  Just a quick reminder to those of you who may stumble across my blog, I am on YouTube WAY more often than on my blog, so make sure to keep up with me there!  I'm Actually Erica on there as well. Here's my latest video!

What I Wear On The Weekends!

Hey guys!  Happy Monday to you!
I'm so happy that so many of you are enjoying my what I wear to work posts.  I love hearing that I inspire outfits of your own!  So, I figured I would do a what I wear on the weekend post as well.  Hopefully this will give you some ideas on simple things you can throw together for a number of different activities.

Look #1
I actually wore this to a Wine & Canvas painting party this past Saturday night.  I dress up all week and when the weekend rolls around a lot of times I simply don't feel like dressing up.  This outfit was quick and easy, comfy and appropriate for the festivities.  I flat loved it!
Jacket:  I can't remember.  I think I got it in Spain?
T-shirt:  Amazon
Leggings:  Nike
Shoes:  Adidas
Kentucky hat:  local boutique

Look #2
This is actually what I wore to church this past Sunday.  I am so thankful to attend a church that doesn't focus on what you're wearing, it focuses on your heart.  That being said, I always try to wear something fairly nice and not too revealing.  It was 102 degrees on this day and this outfit was perfect for keeping me comfortable.
Moisture wicking shirt:  Under Armour
Shorts:  JCrew
Sandals:  Chaco's

Look #3
If you follow me on YouTube or keep an eye on my blog then it should come as no surprise at all that I am a HUGE fan of anything blue and anything off the shoulder.  So, this dress was a total no-brainer.  I am also a big fan of a dramatic sleeve, I think it is just so feminine and romantic.  I wore this to a play that was held in a haunted mansion.  The mansion was built in the 1800's and there was no air conditioning.  This light and breezy dress was perfect for the occasion.
Dress:  Poshmark
Sandals:  Sam Edelman
Bracelet:  Amazon
Ring:  H&M

Look #4
Blue.  Off the shoulder.  Typical Erica, lol.
I wore this dress to another Wine & Canvas class.  I have developed somewhat of an obsession with those classes!  After the class we went out and had dinner at a really fun Mexican restaurant, and this was absolutely perfect.  The ruffled dress is fun and flirty and just the right amount of glam.
Dress:  Target
Sandals:  Target
Ring:  Avon
Watch:  Citizen Eco-drive
Earrings:  Target

This dress totally makes me feel like a flamenco dancer!  Perfect for a night out to a Mexican restaurant!

Look #5
And for the last look on this post, here we have yet another off the shoulder dress.  This intricate little red dress is also from Target!  It wasn't available in my store, I actually found it online.  I wore this to a castle here in Kentucky for yet another painting event.  We painted bourbon barrel lids and the whole evening was magical.  The off the shoulder red dress with the lace up shoes felt like the perfect pairing to wear for such a special occasion.
Dress:  Target
Shoes:  Old Navy
Bag:  Louis Vuitton

Thank you so much for stopping by!  Have a great week!

Paint Your Pet Event!

Hey guys!  I thought I would share with you my latest craft project.  I went to a painting party with a couple of friends of mine this weekend and we were actual able to paint our own pet!  It was so fun and I just wanted to share with you the finished product.

With my gal pals :-)

The way it worked:  when you booked the class you were prompted to email the business a picture of the pet you were going to paint.  When you arrive at the event they have superimposed the image of your pet on your canvas so that you have a "guide" for your painting.  It's still difficult, but it's definitely easier than just free-handing it.

Piper girl!

I added my signature when I got home.  I'm so happy with the result!

Just in case you were wondering what I was wearing:
Jacket:  I got this on my travels I do believe?  I can't remember and there isn't a tag.  I think this is from Spain?
T-shirt:  Amazon
Leggings:  Nike
Shoes:  Adidas
Hat:  Local boutique

I loved this outfit, the only thing that irritated me a little was the fact that I paired Adidas shoes with Nike pants.  Are any of you like that too?  LOL.  It obviously didn't bother me enough to not wear it tho ;-)

Go out and have a fabulous week!
