All good things must come to an end, right? Why exactly is that? This mascara is SO good! When I found out this was being continued I immediately started humming to myself...and another one gone, another one gone, another one bites the dust.
This was on Mother's Day, and I had my makeup on for around 16 hours when these photos were taken. The mascara had held up so well I wanted to snap a few pics to show you what a lovely product this is!
It separates, lengthens, and thickens. It has a pretty typical, kind of classic wand that is not very thick. It is able to get in there and reach every lash. The mascara itself is not too wet or clumpy, yet with just a couple of swipes you really start noticing it.
I have never worn false lashes, I just work with what I've got. If you really take your time and work this on your lashes, it gives you a falsies-like effect.
I had purchased this particular tube a couple of months ago when I learned they were discontinuing it. After using it again I immediately regretted not picking up more. I went on Amazon and was able to pick up 5 tubes for $11 (including shipping). I've not opened them yet, maybe they'll be old and no good, maybe they will be perfect like this one was. Fingers crossed!
Covergirl, bring back this wonderful mascara! I don't think there was enough hype about it, sometimes really great products go kind of unnoticed. This definitely was one of those hidden gems at the drugstore.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
