Our Super-Easy Super Bowl Sunday Snacks!

Hey guys!  I hope you had fun yesterday on Super Bowl Sunday!  Even though I'm not much of a sports fan, we do usually always watch the biggest football game of the year.  It's kind of entertaining to watch, and I love the halftime show and the commercials...not to mention the yummy snacks we usually have to nosh on during the game.  Here are the quick and easy things we enjoyed this year.

I ran across this recipe on Facebook and it turned out really good.

I made this exactly how it said, only we ate ours without tortillas (we never use those when we order fajitas at a restaurant).

For a topping we basically just used cheese and sour cream.

You can't watch the Super Bowl without a meat and cheese tray!  I kept it super simple, I just bought one ready to go at our grocery store.  I would've preferred a smaller one as there are only the two of us in the house, but this one is really good nonetheless.  A couple of different types of cheese, pepperoni, hard salami, and a some crackers.  Perfect.

I added my favorite salami to the mix as well.

We also had several different types of crackers on hand along with other pickles, cheeses, and hummus.

Kept it really simple with the sweets as well - a few different kinds of ice cream and popsicles <3

We didn't end up eating them, but we also had some pre-cut cauliflower and ranch dressing (one of my favorite snacks), and some buffalo wings to dip in the ranch as well.  I'll probably make these one day this week, as I LOVE me some buffalo wings!

And last but not least, gotta have some chips and salsa!  I keep this kind of stuff on hand, as it's a good snack any night of the week.  We haven't tried the chip dips yet, but they look really good!

Alright guys, that's all the stuff we had for our Super Bowl party of 2!  We didn't touch most of it, but what we did have surely did hit the spot.  What kinds of stuff did you guys have?

Thanks for stopping by and have a great week!
