Nars Valentine's Day Look ❤️

Hey guys!  Today I wanted to share with you a makeup look that I did a couple of days ago that would be just perfect for this St. Valentine's Day!
(On me:  heart print shirt from Walmart and Y necklace is from Baublebar)

While I do like to throw some pinks into the mix, a Valentine's day look doesn't have to be straight up fuschia on your lids.  Using several of my favorite products from Nars, here's how I created a delicate look perfect for the holiday.

Abyssinia has been one of my FAVORITE shadows from Nars for as long as I can remember.  A beautiful pearl sheen with the slightest hint of pink in it, Abyssinia can totally brighten up any look.  I have the eyeshadow single and I also have a palette that contains Abyssinia as well.

For the look:
Abyssinia all over the lid and up onto my browbone, Galapagos (the beautiful dark brown with golden shimmers in the palette, bottom row first one) in the crease and outer V, as well as on the lower lashline.  Brown shadows always look pretty with pinkish shadows, especially Galapagos and Abyssinia.  Also on the eyes - Physician's Formula Eye Booster eyeliner, MAC Costa Riche eyeliner (waterline), Maybelline Lash Sensational mascara.

I wore Nars Kilimanjaro (1st shade in the duo) on my tear duct.  For YEARS all I ever wore on my tear duct was Kilimanjaro, as it brightens your eyes up like no other.  Again, I have the duo and I also have a palette that contains Kilimanjaro I in it as well.

I went with the perfectly beautiful Gaiety blush by Nars, a matte candy pink that looks so sweet blended out on the apples of the cheek.  This is hands down my favorite blush by Nars, and again I have the single of this and a palette that contains it as well.

As with most of my looks, I kept it really simple on the lips and just applied a quick swipe of the Tarte Lipsurgence in Sweet.  These feel so nice on the lips and are so easy to wear, with the perfect amount of color payoff I'm looking for.  Just very light and natural.

A snap of me and my aunt at dinner that night!  I love the soft pearl look of Abyssinia smoked out with the golden brown Galapagos, everything really soft and blended out.

On the rest of my face:
Covergirl Ready, Set Gorgeous Foundation and Powder
MAC Prep + Prime in Radiant Rose
MAC Emphasize
Marc Jacobs O!Mega Bronze in Tantric
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Luminous Light

Hope this gives you some ideas for a Valentine's Day look that you could create!  If you have any questions just let me know!  Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
