Too Faced Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar Palette

Hey guys!  It's that wonderful time of year again when Sephora sends out their $20 gift card for VIB's!  What did you guys use yours for???

I decided to use mine for the new Too Faced Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar Palette, and I couldn't be happier with my decision!

This is brand new at Sephora and is a VIB/VIB Rouge exclusive.  It retails for $49 which is kind of expensive, but with my $20 gift card it was much more affordable and a total steal.

The colors in this palette are perfection, and I love that the names of the shadows are on this one unlike the original Chocolate Bar Palette.

Included is the info card giving you some ideas on how to use the palette to create different looks.

TOTALLY love this.  As far as what else I got, you had to have $50 in your cart to use the gift card.  Where this palette was $49 I had to add something else, so I grabbed one of the Sephora masks that I love so much.

I grabbed one 100pt perk as well, a Smashbox Be Legendary Long Wear Lip Lacquer in Coral.

The 3 samples I picked out:

And then I used a coupon code to grab this bag of goodies:

I actually rarely wear makeup, but I have worn it twice since purchasing this palette.  Here are a couple of photos of me using it.

This was at a Christmas parade in my hometown.  I didn't take a whole lot of pics, but you can kind of see how it looked.  This was a neutral smokey eye using Butter Pecan on the lid, Coconut Creme on browbone, Nougat and Puddin in the crease, outer V, and lower lash line.

Before you look at the next look, please keep in mind this was at 12:49AM after I spent a whole day Christmas shopping with my mama!  I had my makeup on for like 10 or 12 hours at this point with ZERO touchups all day.

Everything held up pretty good surprisingly, lol.  I was in a rush and didn't want to spend much time on this look, so I just put Hot Fudge on my lid and up into the crease as well as on the lower lash line, blended everything out with Nougat and Peanut Butter, and used Coconut Creme on the browbone.  Took 5 minutes to do but it still turned out really pretty and smokey.

Let me know what you guys snagged with your gift card.  I would also love to know if you have this new palette and if you are loving it like I am.  Thanks for stopping by!
