What's In My Bag?

Hi everybody!  So the other day I was watching a YouTube video by MakeupByTiffanyD on her Spring/Summer wardrobe essentials, and we have so many items that we love in common!  Sam Edelman Gigi sandals, Tom Ford sunglasses, and the Rebecca Minkoff mini M.A.B. bag.  I wasn't carrying mine until I watched her video and it made me remember how much I love it.  Sooooo, I changed everything over a couple of days ago and thought I would share my first ever "What's in my bag" blog!

Rebecca Minkoff mini M.A.B. (Morning After Bag) in Minty/Silver

On the front it has a tiny zipper pocket with a leather fringe, on the back it is plain and smooth with a Rebecca Minkoff nameplate.  A gorgeous Saffiano leather, this bag measures 8"Wx7"Hx3.5"D.  It has two handles so you can carry it or slide it up on your forearm, and it has a long strap to carry on your shoulder or as a crossbody.  Very versatile.  I found mine last year at Neiman Marcus.

The fabric on the inside of the bag has a cute little geometric print (the dust bag is the same pattern).  There is a small, single pocket on one side, that is it.

Everything I put in my bag:  little makeup bag, compact, drink packets, ink pen, loyalty cards, sunglasses, and a wallet.

My loyalty cards fit perfectly down in the small interior pocket.  I hate packing these things around, but you're always needing them.  Never fails.  The pocket on the inside of the purse is exactly the right size to hold these snugly and keep them out of the way.

My wallet is the Rebecca Minkoff Sylvie Small Zip With Studs in Lilac.  As you can see, it is barely bigger than my compact.  A great little wallet for a very small bag.

I have had this a while now, I'm not for sure if you can still get it or not.  Originally $165, I found mine at Nordstrom Rack for $89.97.  When I bought this I was looking for something really small for my bag, but I wanted something that kind of matched too.  There was a 'mint' one available, but it was a totally different color than the mint in my bag.  So, instead of having two different shades of green I went for this one in lilac.  It is actually a muted/neutral lilac/grege color.  It would go with anything I think.  It has 2 zipper pockets, a place to hold some cards and dollar bills, etc.  Everything you need in a little wallet.  Just the necessities!

Perrrrfect.

Tom Ford shades.  Any of you that have a pair of these sunglasses knows how big and bulky the Tom Ford case is.  That would take up my whole bag if I put that in there!  I have a couple of these sunglass holders from Coach that work perfect for like any sunglasses you have.  

You simply squeeze the top and it opens up.  It lets your sunglasses lay really flat and not so bulky, yet offers them protection in your bag as well.  I get mine at the Coach outlet mall in Pigeon Forge, TN.  I have bought these for years now.

Little, minty colored makeup bag.  I have had this forevs, no clue where it's from.  Most likely a random bag from like Rite Aid or Walmart or Ulta or something like that.  It's really narrow and doesn't take up much room (as you can see compared to the size of a credit card.)

Contents:  2 bobby pins, safety pin, earbuds, nail file, nail clips, Philosophy Pink Frosted Animal Cracker Lipgloss, tampon lol, 2 hair ties, Pink Sugar and Marc Jacobs Daisy perfume rollerballs, Advil, Maybelline Color Whisper in Orange Attitude, Buxom Full-On Lip Cream in White Russian

As you can see, everything fits perfectly in this tiny little space.  No overcrowding or bulging, not much extra room either though, lol.  Plenty of space left for my cell phone, gum, etc.  The key to carrying such a small bag is using very small accessories with it.  Hope you enjoyed!  Muaahhh!
