Sephora Haul August 2015: Bite Beauty, Benefit, Sephora, Tarte, Bumble and Bumble, And More!

Hey guys!  I recently picked up a few things from Sephora and I wanted to come on here and share them with you.  This is actually 3 separate orders I'm going to be showing you today.  I have mentioned before that I am a VIB Rouge with Sephora, so all of my orders ship for free.  I usually have several coupon codes for offers that I want, so I usually just order 1 or 2 things per order, that way I can use them all.  I am not going to include several items that I picked up, as they are gifts for my mom for her birthday, but I will show you the handful of stuff I picked up for me.  Without further adieu, here's what I got.

I don't know what it is, but I have been on a high-end mascara kick.  I still love and adore the Maybelline The Rocket mascara, but I have been wanting to try and re-try some higher end ones just to be sure there is nothing better out there.  This particular mascara gets a lot of hype, so I grabbed the half size tube to give it a whirl.  I have 7-8 mascaras open right now, so I won't be using this for a WHILE.  When I do I will certainly let you know how I liked it.

I have purchased this in the past and have received numerous trial sizes of it before, but I couldn't really remember how well I liked it.  It seems like I really did, so I went ahead and picked up a tube of this to try it again.  I am not going to open these new mascaras until I use up the ones I have been using, so I will give a review after I use this.

Again, I've used this in the past but wanted to try it again.  I'll let you know what I think after I use it again!

Sephora has some amazing lip products, and this particular formula is one of my favorites.  It's a liquid lipstick texture, but this particular one is not like the typical "paint" type ones that dries down matte and does not move.  I'm really not sure why this one is even labeled as a "matte" product, because it certainly is not.  This has amazing staying power, but it will transfer onto a cup or if you kiss the back of your hand.  I don't mind that, as it is more comfortable on the lips than those that dry down matte and feel like a plastic coating on your lips.  LOVE these.

This product is one of those that dries down completely matte and doesn't budge.  You see ZERO product on a cup, there is absolutely no transfer on the back of your hand.  As with all liquid lipsticks that paint on this way, you can feel this on your lips.  It is nowhere near as uncomfortable as other products that are similar to this, and this particular color is stunning.  Will be PERFECT this Fall to pair with a great flannel and knee boots <3

The Cream Lip Stains are in the taller/skinnier tubes, the Luster Matte Lip Colors are in the shorter/fatter tubes.  Love them both!

I finally broke down and picked up the Bite Beauty lipstick duos.  I have meant to pick these up for forever now, but just never had.  I loveeeee Bite Beauty lipsticks, and both of these colors are just beautiful.  One thing you definitely need to keep in mind, these are reallyyyyy small.  I thought they would be bigger, so I was a little disappointed to see how very little product you get.

If you get one of these duos, I would probably recommend the one in Fig and Date.  These are more everyday wearable shades, and they are both just so beautiful.  Again, a little disappointed in the size of the lipsticks you get, but I do love them nonetheless.

If you follow my blog then you probably know that I use really affordable/drugstore shampoos and conditioners, I think if it's something that's just going to go down the drain I am gonna be more frugal with it.  I choose to invest more in products that stay in my hair - treatments, styling creams, that sort of thing.  I was anxious to try this one, it is specifically made to enhance the texture and body in your hair when you let it air dry.  I rarely heat style my hair, so I thought this would be perfect.  I do like this, and it does seem to add some body, but I am still experimenting with it to see how I like to use it best.  So far it doesn't wow me, but it is a good enough product.

Tarte Play It Safe Gift Set
Sadly, I don't think this is available anymore.  I love picking up sets like this to test out several products for a more affordable price.  This particular set included:
-Maracuja Bronzing Serum
-Park Ave Princess Bronzer
-Tarteguard Sunscreen 30 SPF
-Brazilliance Skin Rejuvenating Maracuja Self Tanning Facial Towelette
-Brazilliance Skin Rejuvenating Maracuja Self Tanner

On two of my orders I used the coupon code TRENDS and picked up 2 Anastasia Clear Brow Gels.  I basically never have to purchase this stuff, I always get it for free from Sephora <3

In a separate order I used the coupon code UDMATTE to get the Urban Decay Matte Revolution Lipstick in Bad Blood.  A gorgeous, matte blood red that is stunning.

Samples galore!

I have so many of the Hourglass Immaculate Liquid Powder Foundation (in Nude) that I empty them into a container that I sterilized.  Again, I never have to purchase this stuff, I just keep hoarding it from Sephora!

That's all that I can mention, as I don't want to spoil my mom's birthday surprises.  Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
